Saurabh Tyagi is the Jurist in our TYJ Ghaziabad office and has substantial experience in Banking, Insurance, Power sector. He represents and advises Leading Corporations and Public Sector Undertaking in energy and infrastructure transactions which includes government bodies, lenders, developers, contractors and secondary market purchasers.
He has an overall expertise in Commercial Litigation and General Advisory wherein Saurabh has attained numerous favourable Writs in his favour and created landmark precedents. He has also represented his clients before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal and dealt with numerous recovery matters and has supported in the CIRP under Insolvency and Bankruptcy code.
A Post-Graduate in Law, and an alumnus of Faculty of Law, Delhi University, Saurabh is an accomplished professional with plausible legal drafting skills for commercial disputes, he has been an avid researcher in domains like Insurance, Power and Banking.
